We bought a home which you had listed last fall (3338 Fulton Rd). We had the good fortune to have had Dean Boorman as our Agent. It was a difficult sale (to say the least) and we feel that Dean deserves extra recognition for his efforts. We have had numerous Real estate agents over the years, but we feel Dean is deserving of Special recognition. He was always available in person and by electronics. His patience and knowledge was a key factor in our securing this property. We never once hesitated to call him with even the smallest concern. He was our go between our lawyer and the seller, and never failed to get us a satisfactory answer. This sale took approximately 6 months to finalize, and taxed everybody’s Patience to the fullest.
