The fact that we were just looking did not deter Dean from the time and dedication that he offered us. He was there not only to show us real estate, but he was there to help us to get to know Victoria all the more, which just increased our love for the city. When we returned to Calgary, Dean would continue to email us MLS listing for condo’s that he felt would meet our liking; it is through his dedication that brought us back to Victoria in April, 2015. Again, Dean worked tirelessly to show us unit after unit over the course of a few days until we found that “perfect” home. Not only did Dean help us to find us something to retire in, he went over and beyond the call of duty by hooking us up with local services to expedite the process of purchasing a home when you live out of province. I would highly recommend the services of Dean Boorman. He loves what he does and this shows in his dedication and devotion to his profession. It was a pleasure to have known Dean and we know it is a relationship that did not end with the purchase of our new home, but a friendship that continues.

We bought a home which you had listed last fall (3338 Fulton Rd). We had the good fortune to have had Dean Boorman as our Agent. It was a difficult sale (to say the least) and we feel that Dean deserves extra recognition for his efforts. We have had numerous Real estate agents over the years, but we feel Dean is deserving of Special recognition. He was always available in person and by electronics. His patience and knowledge was a key factor in our securing this property. We never once hesitated to call him with even the smallest concern.
